In preparation, we provide a full recommendation list of vendors and help lay out any services needed for your event. We then assist in the event’s timelines and layouts with a walk through of the venue. This is all while remaining focused on keeping a structured budget plan. All of the logistics will be worked out before the day of coordination for a smooth transition; where a additional onsite assistant will be provided to make sure your vision is achieved.
